Along the Australian coast, land and water meet in a landscape that is never entirely still.

Inspired by Woy Woy Beach, this hand-knotted rug captures the quiet movement of the shoreline—the shifting blues of shallow water, the muted warmth of sand, and the irregular traces left behind as the tide retreats.

Its pattern moves organically across the surface, echoing the way water carves its own pathways through sand. Colors gather, dissolve, and reappear, while subtle variations in texture give the rug a sense of depth and movement, as though the landscape itself has been translated into fiber.

Each knot is tied by hand, allowing the natural irregularities of the craft to become part of the design. Like the coastline that inspired it, no detail feels entirely fixed or repeated.
